Why would you want to?

ADVANTAGES OF BEING INTACT:
--Circumcision cuts WAY down on sexual enjoyment for the man due to loss of nerve-rich foreskin. A new study proves conclusively, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that circumcision decreases sensitivity for the man.http://www.blackwell-synergy.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1464-410X.2006.06685.x
--Getting cut causes the glans (head) to develop a keratinized layer to protect from rubbing on clothing, further cutting sensation. Many cut men are unable to ejaculate during intercourse and have to finish by hand. Intact men can go all the way.
--nine out of ten women who have had both prefer intact penises: http://www.healthcentral.com/drdean/408/60750.html That's really pretty definitive.
--foreskin makes masturbation more fun - and better for your partner to play with.
--a cut penis looks kind of sad with that scar where the foreskin belongs. Uncut is much hotter looking.
--Circumcision has a slight chance of complications, like any surgery. During the 6-8 week recovery period you will be told not to get erections. Just try. And it will hurt once the anesthestia wears off. Some guys say it's not that bad, while others say the pain is the worst they've ever experienced.

ADVANTAGES OF BEING CUT: Circumcision has no advantages that are not fictional or only relevant in a few areas
--You can be just as clean if you are uncircumcised. Wash. It's THAT simple. Even if you're cut, you still need to wash.
-- If you're sleeping around, you need to use condoms regardless or you will get diseases.
--Recent reports from Africa say that circumcision reduces the risk of AIDS from unprotected hetrosexual activity. This has little relevance to areas of the world where condoms are cheap, readily available, and culturally acceptable. The US has the highest circumcision rate in the developed world and also the highest AIDS rate in that group. http://www.circinfo.org/hiv.html

The USA is the only advanced nation in the world where most of its guys get cut, but that is changing. Rates of circumcision are dropping a lot, it's now as low as 14% in some states.

In addition, new studies have confirmed that it reduces sensitivity and pleasure in the long run (since the head is bare and rubs against clothes constantly). Also, it was found that over 60% of guys reported that circumcision made masturbation more difficult (due to the loss of being able to use the foreskin to rub the head). Those studies are in the British Journal of Urology:

If you don't have any problems, I wouldn't say it's worth it. The chances of any 'benefits' wouldn't be much when there's no problems. It can't be reversed.

As far as cleaning goes, that's never been an issue for me. You just slide it back and rub the head when you shower; it takes about five to ten seconds and feels good.

Even less worth than being decapitated,at least with decapitation the problems end there. With circumcision the problems just start. The very real risk of infection, scaring, loss of sensation and of course those little "accidents" that sometimes happen during any kind of surgery and then there is the pain and if anyone tells you anything different, don't listen to them,I saw my friend cry with the pain when he had it done and he was 27 at the time,he regrets having it done to this day.If you are thinking of having it done or thinking of having another person mutilated, please think again, very hard.

My grandfather is a doctor and also from talking to my boyfriend, from what they said, the older you are the more painful it is. Also, it will hurt, not because you took that skin away, but because your used to it being covered most of the time and now it won't be...you'll be ultra sensitive and it will hurt until you get used to it. I really don't think it's worth it - there is no reason to get it done. Originally it was done because it made it harder to clean and prone to infection, but considering we have plumbing and soap and all that, there's no need for it. More and more parents are choosing to leave their boys uncircumcized. Women won't look at you differently. They might ask why, but that's the extent. I don't look at my boyfriend any differently at least.

Well, considering most circumcisions are conducted at birth or shortly thereafter, it usually isn't painful because an antiseptic is used to eliminate pain and swelling. The benefits are quite many as well, from simple health to sexual behavior. Plus, the proper cleaning and sanitary hygiene is much more efficient.

you should keep your foreskin. ive had two circumcized boyfriends and my current one is uncircumcized and i love it. i admit that i used to think different back then but experienced changed that. its easier to pleasure since you dont need lubes and you slide the foreskin up and down.
