The four are confirmed to be cylons in a video blog by the producer and it has been confirmed that neither Roslin or Adama are the final cylon. Right now my guess is on Lee.

Most everyone I have talked to thinks it is probably president Rosalyn. It is still not confirmed that the four in the final episode are cylons. They think they are but we do not know yet. It is possible that they are being affected by something cylon such as a tracking system placed on Galactica. We won't really know until we see copies of them or they have some sort of cylon programming kick in. Since this was the season finale, the writers and producers probably wanted to shock the audience with the idea that these guys are cylons but eventually we might find out that they were not.

Isn't the idea that it is Kara Thrace aka starbuck? or have i gotten confused (again)? i assumed she was able to come back and freak Lee out because she was reborn - cylon style.
