I called HP and they said in this computer I have 3 PCI slots and one agp slot. Also a nvidia card would work. I don't want to spend alot of money as I don't expect to keep this computer much more than another year. I'm just looking for something better than I have but not real expensive. Any suggestions would be helpful

Just get an AGP card (ATI Radeon 9550 or a FX5500 graphics card). It would cost around $40.

Hmmm, pci will do you good, go to wal-mart ask them for video cards, get the cheaper version since you don't plan on keeping the pc, get an mx4000 nvidia geforce card, and if you know what you are doing install it yourself, otherwise take it to best buy and let them do it, its risky doing it if you are not computer experienced
