Someone told me One Headlight was about him ripping on his dad. I didn't believe him and that's why I want to know. And since we already decided that song isn't about him ripping on his dad, the question still remains whether he does or doesn't hate him.

No, I don't think so. I mean, he took his father's stage name (Bob's real name is Robert Zimmerman), so I doubt he would do that if he hated his.
