My age is 21. I work with computers. Most of my time, i spend on computers. Due to this my health got very weak these days. Anyone pls tell me any good routine tasks that i should do inorder to maintain my health. What type of food and exercise i should take.

Eat more fruit and vegetables and drink more water, also, walk during your breaks. Lay off the snacks. Also, take a multivitamin daily.
