I just had my 1st period, when will i get my second?

My mom who is an obgyn said that i might not get it for another 2 or three months, or it could be early... no one knows. But i didnt know if the fact that i am a very regular person has anything to do with it. I figure since i go to the bathroom same amount same exact time every day maybe my period will be regular too? Am ibarking up the wrong tree?

Your mom is right. My period started when I was 11. The first was very light and I did not have another until 2-3 months later. It was well over a year before my body had a true "cycle." However, the only way I know to regulate is with birth control. Before my kids were born, though, I somehow self-regulated, because I could literally set my calendar and watch by the start of my eriod: I knew what day and time it would start! SO, it may be mind over matter. The other thing you might try is hanging out with a friend who is very regular: studies in women's dorms have shown that by the end of a semester, most, if not all women will have the same cycle. Pretty crazy, huh? Good luck.

probly the next day when you go to school again the 3rd period 4th periond etc.i hope that helps smarty

She's right. Listen to your mother. There is no way to know. Just be prepared. Pantyliners are great.

you have one once an month and if you have it march 5,6,7,8,9,10 ,11 you will have it April 5,6,7,8,9,10,11
