Why is this question under horoscopes? Magic has nothing to do with astrology.
That being said, look in a mirror and say "Anything that's wished on me, may it turn back and hurt the sender". Then drink your favorite drink and relax-- let all the bad flow out of you.

some people believe that magic is the energy from the earth, so real magic is neither black nor white.. its nature. however, other people believe that, that magical energy is demons disguising themselves as light. or at least, so ive heard. if you believe that someone is trying to use black magic against you, then you should do a protection spell.

a friend of mine used to find a harsh rock(with holes or points on it) and wish all the hurt and pain etc that had been caused on to the rock. Then cast it in to the ocean,beleiving that it would leave him.
