Every time she has a heat cycle, her nipples will start to enlarge, preparing her body for pregnancy. If she doesn't get pregnant however, the enlarged nipples should go down. If they don't I'd ask a vet! All the best!

Absolutely. All women (all people actually) are different sizes, shapes, etc. Try looking at other people's noses; you'll notice major variations in size, shape, color and so forth. Nipples are the same way. Always monitor your breasts for things that seem inherently wrong (i.e. pain), but your natural shape should not be an issue.

you probably mean the areola, which is the red skin around the nipple and its perfectly okay. i have heard this before. even when they are really big. dont worry. same thing for the nipples, if those are what you realy mean.
