Do you think that Media should have special rights when reporting key event. ie like the May 1st issue in Los Angeles?
Are the Media "Above the LAW"!!!
Should they be treat special and be allowed to do their jobs or should they be treat like others.

Nope, if they're obstructing justice, they get treated just like everyone else.

Protecting the media from excessive use of force by law enforcement is not being above the law. They should not be treated like rock-throwing protesters because they are not protesters. They need to be allowed to do their job so that the rest of us will have some idea of what is going on in this country, the secretive current administration to the contrary notwithstanding.

The mainstream media should be held accountable for every speck of violence they incite with their irresponsible so-called "reporting "; and also held accountable for bias out and out lies . Blatant lies were "reported" as 'fact" about George W. Bush , in which CBS NEWS used false documents as "proof" in order to secure Kerry would win the election . Liberal bias mainstream media are above the law when they are allowed to broadcast with counterfeit news . .and should be treated the same as any other counterfeiter .

One - if they break the law, they get treated accordingly.
Two - they were mishandled in the incident on May 1st. The police over-reacted.
