I have something on my shoulder blade that feels like a marble?

Its like on my muscle on my shoulder blade. My boyfriend said it could be a muscle knot. But I have no idea. It doesnt hurt BAD, but its weird. What could it be????

Hey Kim,

I had this same problem about a year ago. I went to my dr because i thought it might be a tumor but it turned out to be some strange mass of internal waist products that usually secretes out of the skin naturally but sometimes it just doesnt and build up causing a cyst like bulge.

The dr told me to sprinkle fairy dust on it 3 times a day and to spank it when its a naughty boy.

does it hurt when you put heavy pressure on it? if it does its "myofascial pain syndrome". it could be treated by applyying heat (20-25 min) then do some deep massage/pressure on the knot. put ice(15 min) afterwards to prevent bruising.
