I'm a 28-year-old woman and I've *never* had sex with my bra on. I'm guessing that some women do, but in my experience, guys enjoy playing with breasts too much to be happy with keeping them cooped up in a bra during sex.
There are a couple reasons why sex is portrayed this way in the movies:
1) The actress doesn't feel comfortable doing a complete nude scene.
2) To bump down the movie's rating - the more nipples appear in a movie, the more likely it is to be rated X instead of R. Sound stupid, but the MPAA has a set of excruciatingly detailed guidelines for rating a movie, which includes the number of exposed nipples and navels. Dumb, huh?

Because it would probably change the rating of the movie. move producers want a rating of PG-13 so that older teenages who aren't accompanied by their parents can watch it too and spend money. Always a money thing.

Some people have underwear fetishes & they like to keep it on during sex.
Or they are so hot for each other that they can't be bothered to take off every article of clothing.

Money.
Caclulations are carefully made by entertainment-arena bean-counters as to whether a movie will bring in more cash with a certain rating (i.e., PG-13, R).

Sometimes, with a nice little lacy number on maybe... In the move it's probably so the actress is not completely exposed.

Yea, i'd suppose that some people do this in real life. Also, in movies, I don't know if its ok to have a completely nude person in it.

Because it's in the heat of the passion. There're not thinking about everything that need to come off. As long as you can get access where it counts.

Well, sometimes i leave my top on.
But maybe the actress' in the movie don't feel comfortable taking the bra off so they keep them on.

It's because there's less nudity that way, and a lower age rating.
