I find it interesting that middle-aged people like watching Spongebob Squarepants. I can understand why, though; Spongebob has unique humor that sometimes appeals to adults. My mom's a big fan, and she's 50. That said, PLEASE TELL ME YOUR AGE!!! THANKS!

I have to admit, and often do, that I watch Spongebob on a regular basis. Love him and the show !!! I'm 39, btw. :)

It's funny. It's well within the childrens show limit on sexual content. It's not aiming to hook kids on sex or anything it's just for laughs. Oh and it's called bikini bottom because A.) bikini is for like the beach and stuff and b.) bottom because it's at the bottom of the ocean. Geez next you people are going to say the grinch should be banned because he doesn't display proper dental Hygiene.

Spongebob is hilarious because it is funny for all age groups. It has a lot of mature humor which makes it appealing for older people, plus the brightly colored cartoons and simple humor get to littler kids.

I love that show, some of the humor is a little innapropriate for children, and I think thats why its so funny, because small kids dont understand...

I'm 25. It's simple-minded, foolish, vain content is extremely absurd. It reminds me of a jester in a mideval kingdom, foolishness and stupidity to pass the time and take you mind of what's important.

I love it. im 13. my dad thinks the jokes are stupid...and hes 43. my sister likes it. shes 11. and my 2 brothers like it....and they are both 18 and 20. hehe i love it it makes me laugh.......i like squidward also.....but squidward without spongebob would be nothing....

28- It's kind of funny, in a stupid way. I watch a lot of those kid cartoons. They make for nice mindless entertainment.
