There is no way count it. Huge amount of Images are indexed by the large picture search engines like google image searche , yahoo image search etc. But there are some images which are not indexed by the search engine for many reasons yet.
Sometimes Webmaster don't want their Images to be indexed by the search engine. So people can't see the pictures in the image search result in google yahoo etc.
