As soon as I saw the question, my first thought was The Jeffersons... I used to love that show. Of the other shows you listed, I also really enjoyed the Cosby Show, 227, Fresh Prince, Different World and Hangin' with Mr. Cooper. I am pretty sure I used to watch Sanford & Son, but it seems so long ago, I can hardly remember it. I also really loved watching the show Amen when it was on.

I'm sure if I looked at more names, I would have a huge list I loved.. Great shows! :)

You can't forget Family Matters!! That was one of the BEST family sitcoms of all time (and they're black = ) ) My favorite would be Family Matters, The Cosby Show, probably followed by Sister Sister and Fresh.

The Jeffersons lasted into the 80s but started in the 70s. Sanford and Son only ran in the 70s. Both of those are better than anything else on your list.

I liked watching amen with Sherman Hensley and the Cosby show, Sanford and son, family matters, the Jefferson's, my wife and kid with Damion Wayne, Martin,a different world with Lisa bonnet, different stokes, 227, fresh prince of Bel - air, sister, sister, living singles with Kim fields in it. There was another one about these parents raising their children. I think they had 3 children. Plus there was a little chubby kid who played the son. I forgot the name of that show. it was called something parents.
