Hi,
My friends Heini and Alanis have said the worst thing evar they told my teacher and all my class m8's that I was going to slit my throught!!!!!!!!!! I am in tears!!! can you tell me how to get them back!!?

That's really harsh! Were they trying to get back at you for something? Did they just say it for no reason, or did they have reason to suspect that you were self-destructive (would hurt yourself)?
If they just said it to be mean, tell your teacher that it is not true (maybe explain why they said it if you know), and that you have no intention of hurting yourself. I'm sure she will understand.
If you really are self-destructive, PLEASE get help. I'm sure your parents will be more than willing to have you speak with a therapist.
I know you want to get back at your "friends" big time, but be the bigger, more mature person and find some new friends.

First of all, calm down and stop allowing what other people do, affect you to the point of tears. Nobody should have that kind of power over you. You are allowing your friends way too much. Secondly, since "slitting your throat" is not something that you are attempting, unless your teacher mentions it to you, I would not say anything. Why buy into their lie? If anyone wants to really know what is going on - they will come to you - the source. Thirdly, the best way to get 'back at them' is to ignore this insensitve comment. Should your teacher or anyone else comes to you and asks if you are having some personal issues and/or makes a comment about the information they received from your 'so called' friends - just tell them that these girls have some incorrect information - that you love life and in no way wish to do harm to yourself. And leave it at that. Add no more or no less. Eventually, when these girls see that you have not shown any reaction -they will cease these immature lies. If you do want to say something to them, make them look foolish by quoting the suicide rate among troubled teenagers and how serious teen issues are. Let them know that they are playing a part of the problem by spreading false information when they could be learning something positive about this issue and really try to help someone.

Slit their throats. Listen, I noticed ur display name is emogirl. I'm emo too, and I know people do that stuff all the time. They are not really your friends, just so you know. Real friends dont do that bullshit. I say beat the piss out of them. Don't wanna do that? Well, then tell the principal what they said and how it was a lie and that you really don't them around you anymore. Well, you can do that if you're not afraid of getting a rep as a snitch or anything.

Listen friends who talks behind ur back, evil talk, they are not ur frnds, they have never been ur friends.
Try to clear ur other mate's misunderstandings and tell ur teacher that u never thought of slitting ur throat but ur frnds the one who said all these are actually bothering u by saying all this rubbish!!
U sound a really nice and very emotional girl!

Crying is never a solution for anything, it only makes u weak!
Dont be their frnds again coz if u forgive and be friends to them again, again in life they can betray u like this.

first of all you are calling them your friends???? why if there lieing about you??? or are they??? if there not and there trying to find HELP for you then they are your real friends and you dont need to get them back. now if they are lieing just forget them... two wrongs dont make a right
