Try Panama because you can spend 5 minutes talking about the Panama Canal and how it got it's independence from the U.S.

do something that isnt well known with a lot of interesting facts about it. if you don't do something thats not well known, dont do a country with tons of different things going on, because then there would be too much to choose from, and too much to remember. Also, people get bored with stuff they've already heard.

How about Australia? It's very diverse and has an interesting history. You could talk about the native cultures, unusual animals, the different climate and terrain.
Or you could also do New Zealand.

Dubai, I am not sure if I am spelling it correctly, but there should be alot of info on them, they are trying to really boost tourism right now, and they also have the only indoor skiing facility
