You can spot clean it, but if you want to preserve the dress, get it immediately to a dry cleaner who specializes in wedding dress stabilization......point out the spots!! Yes, it is expensive, but not as much as the dress.
Treated spots are just that, treated. They are not gone. Over time they reappear along with the cleaner used to treat them.

Liqid TSP should work, it takes grape juice out of carpet. Soak and rinse well. Of course, try on a hidden spot to make sure it doens'nt harm the fabric. Best of luck!

have it professionally cleaned an stored. When you go to pick up your dress make sure you see it. A lot of people get the wrong dress....my mom got no dress at all!

Try Tide Spot Remover or Shout wipes both of those should work and not leave a stain. Hope I helped!
