No, thats like growing an extra arm. If u think u have an extra nipple growing, it's most likely a mole. Go see ur GP, Or a psychiatrist...

No, but a person could suddenly notice it. Sometimes extra nipples are mistaken for pimples, etc. But they should be present at birth.

Either you have one or you don't. It doesn't "suddenly" appear.
It is not uncommon for women to have rudimentary nipples either below the breasts or in the armpits.
