Palmistry what does it mean when you have four lines on your index finger instead of the usual three?

on my right hand i have four lines going across my index finger instead of three i also have four going across my little finger on my left hand but have threeon every other finger

The fourth line on my right index finger is between the top and middle line and the fourth line on my left little finger is in between the middle and bottom line.

There are few with such a line on the 2nd phalange. In concert with other tendencies there is a drawing to math and business.
