It's physically impossible...liquid water turns to water vapor at 100 degrees celcius (212 degrees Fahrenheit).

you can let it boil so long that it evaporates and burns the pain though. This is what spawned the phrase cant even boil water when reefering to someone who cant cook.

no, but you can make ice explode. really, I saw some people do it. you see, if you can heat it to be hot enough fast enough then the hydrogen and oxygen will separate and rapidly expand, causing and explosion. they used thermite. you do know what thermite is, don't you?
