A wholehearted YES! Every day around 2:30 I am so tired and just want a little nap. They frown on that at the school I work at. Instead, I have another cup of coffee and steel myself to last the rest of the day. I vote for Siesta time! Everyone would be more relaxed and happy.

Yeah. I think all western countries should have a siesta time, during school, work, college etc.
