You are probably looking at whatever you spent on the package again. That is, it the package was 25000 you can plan on easily spending that again.

Log homes are not the least expensive home to build. The package manufacturer makes a good pitch, but usually downplays the cost on the interior features, like walls!

You can easily spend 25000 on a basic kitchen.

Are you building this yourself? First off, why did you not get pricing from trades people before you bought a log home package. I can't imagine a mortgage company or a bank has given any type of financing with out complete construction cost. And if you are doing this out of pocket how do you know you can afford to build.

As far as cost go, in the area I live COMPLETE log home construction cost average about $150 to $165 a square foot. This includes a package. And that is basing cost on average well depth and average septic design.

I've never built one that type, but have been hunting the net for alternative housing, and would like to know the company you've bought from. If you don't mind.

Beyond any permits, and depending on the location and proximety to utilities I'd probably suggest take $3 multiplied by the sq. ft. of the house and apply that amount to each thing you want done, as a base figure

A home Depot or Lowes, or Habitat for Humanity stores might be a start for finishing touches, with a list you can figure pricing pretty closely, for doors, fixtures, hardware, sinks, cabinets, etc.
