It sounds more like a oppossum or something that big, but can't find a place for it to get in or out. It is a mobile home that is well enclosed. I have checked for dug out spots and they aren't any.

Any animal that is good at digging could start further away from the house and tunnel underground so you can't spot the tunnel. I am guessing woodchuck.

Get a decent sized Hav-a-Hart live trap and bait it with vegetables and peanut butter and leave it in an isolated area near the house. When you hear a fuss and rattling you have it. Put the trap in a paper bag or put a blanket over it to keep the animal quiet. Then drive it about 5 miles away and kick the trap over so the catches release and watch that critter scurry away when it realizes it is free.

generally a crawl area is in basic terms that, in basic terms sufficient for a rake to get in there and pull out what's in there. First eliminate the lattice and then get that rake in there and pull (be waiting to run if it somewhat is a skunk and is alive). If it somewhat is no longer making noise then it somewhat is probable ineffective. generally bleach kills scent and so does dishwasher answer like excitement (excitement does no longer asphixiate you)...in no way use the two. the two kill bugs and germs. yet first you could desire to comprehend what's in there. Use plastic luggage and gloves. If it somewhat is in basic terms mould then the bleach will kill mould. could desire to it somewhat is that your AC is generating mould scent? could desire to it somewhat is which you have no longer replaced your AC clear out in a whilst or wiped clean out the pipe to the domicile? could desire to there be a drainage pipe leak. you comprehend what? i think of perchance it may desire to be a solid concept to call the county or city (whoever has the drain pipes that bypass from the backyard to the line) and ask them to return out for loose and view your backyard for leaks. I stay in a 2nd floor condominium the place it somewhat is 80 5-ninety levels all summer season in here. I run 3-4 followers and it keeps circulate going. So I propose you employ the followers. Mine is an performance condominium with the intention to maintain you cool you could could desire to dam off some rooms and stay the place it somewhat is cooler. confirm even with the shown fact that each so often air flows in the process the domicile so no mould starts off.

You can try putting moth balls under there...lots of them. Most varmints don't like the smell of moth balls and will not stay where they are.

Or you can call your local wildlife conservation department and tell them you have a wild critter that needs to be caught and relocated. They will most likely either come out and set a humane live catch trap or tell you how to encourage it to go elsewhere.

With no obvious egress under your house, it might be something that tunnels like a mole.

I would take out some skirting around your trailor, get a big flashlight, and go under the trailor to see if you can see the animal. It also could be in the underbelly of the trailor. I would look to see if any of the underbelly has rip marks or holes in it. If it does the animal could be hiding in there.
We had a cat hiding in our underbelly and we had to get it out with food.
If you do see the animal, leave the skirting off, get a cage and see if it will go in their and then take it to the animal shelter or animal control if it is a possum.

Buy a pellet gun and wait for it to poke it's little head out from under the house. Then splatter it's brains all over the wall. Problem solved.

Call animal control. If it's an animal, they should be able to locate it and re-locate it.
