I like Kayleighana Paige the best. Emily Rosemary doesnt flow b/c they both end in y's. I would not spell Kayleighana like that, it's too long.

Kayleeana
Kayliana
Caelyana
K'leighana

I like Alexis Marie best out of the names listed, but I think Alexis Rosemary sounds like a great, very pretty name too. It's nice that you want to name your child after your late grandmother, Rosemary is a beautiful name. Good luck!

I like the names Alexis, Marie, Paige, Emily, Liliana, and of course Rosemary is just precious. Im not fond of Natalia. Kayleighana.... I see where u are going here and i like the name however let me give u a lil advice. U will regret the name in the way that u are going to hate when the time comes that ur daughter is needing to learn how to spell her name ect. I know she can just go by Kay or leigh or what ever name u can get out of that huge name, but in school they are going to want to know she can at least spell her whole full name. That name just in the first name takes up almost the whole page. So i would advise u go with a shorter name or cut it down big time. otherwise i do like it. Going with Rosemary in her name is just beautiful wether first name or middle. Plus it has a great meaning... ur grandma. good luck and God Bless

I like all of them except for kayleighana. Emily is really generic and common. I like Alexis or Liliana the best. Why not Alexis Rosemary?

I like Liliana Rosemary first, and Natalia Rosemary a close second (love that you could nickname her either Lily or Nat). I don't dig Emily Rosemary (each end with a Y, so it sorta rhymes), and I didn't really consider the other two because I like your reasoning for the middle name.
