Pack a picnic basket with cheese, french bread fruit , and a bottle or two of wine,
Go to her favorite park or beach set a blanket down, and feed her . Put on some of her favorite music on the boom box and rub her shoulders or feet , pamper her .

Don't forget to surprise her with flowers.

That should get you started

You can do better then that, even if you're not romantic! Give yourself some more credit. You can do it!!!

Get some reservations for the local steakhouse. How about a dinner play? The theater. Dinner and a movie would be a step up from pizza on the sofa.

LOL. all a woman needs is for you to prove your love to her by treating her more like a lady to include: Respect, Communication & to spend more time with her doing other things rather than just sex. Your date doesn't have to cost you $200. You can start off your date by buying her a dozen of Red Roses. Safeway sells those for $16.99 or less & they are beautiful & fresh. You can also take her to dinner at Olive Garden, which will only cost maybe $60 for the both of you. Then go to the movies. From there on, you should make more time for the both of your to do OUTDOOR activities. Hold off on sex for awhile. It's great to be able to spend time with eachother & learn what else she is interested in besides being in bed with you. Go travel somewhere with her, go somewhere for the weekend. Water sports, find another hobby but most definitely spend more time with her outside the bedroom.

How about setting up the whole evening - have a friend of hers drive her around from place to place - prepay all the stops for her to get her hair done, giftcard for a new dress and shoes, get her make up done...at each place she gets a clue about where she is going next maybe a sweet line or two of a love poem from you (you can copy one)...then the final place is a beautiful candelight dinner for two, maybe a picnic or dinner at the site of your first date or meeting place, have a cd player so the two of you can dance together to some special songs. She will be swept right off her feet.

That wasn't even funny dude. Neither is leftover pizza. Save the romantic sex for last, okay? I don't even know what city you are near!!!! and $200.00 isn't going to get you 2 roundtrip tickets to the nearest grocery store. Try some bottles of wine and red lobster---go see the movie "Vacancy" it was totally cool. Then go check yourself in to a lonely, deserted, hotel......you'll know what I mean!!!!

Desperate,,,,,,,,,,,,, she's found you out for what you are and now she has the upper hand and your scared of loosing her, bet you wish you had treated her different,,,,,, seriously if she's made up her mind your not going to change it, just take what's coming, asking other peoples advice is not the right thing, everyone likes different things, try getting a fresh pizza and renting a soppy film?

Buy the book "A Thousand and one ways to be Romantic". You should be able to find it on amazon.com or your local bookstore. There are great ideas in it and it sounds as if you need a few.
If you want a detailed date check out my answers on my profile. There was a question on there about someone's fiance coming in from another state or something and this person wanted to create a romantic evening with them. You might like the advice I gave her. I actually did this for my man on V-day. He loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your girlfriend can't enjoy just being with you its her problem. You should have to feel pressured to perform (be romantic) for her. She not good enough for you.

Now I have that out of my system how about wine, left over pizza, sex on your couch.

You lie about your wife dying to get us to read your question, then ask how to be romantic? You are manipulative and no matter what kind of date you take her on she's still probably going to dump you. Not because you're not wining and dining her but because you're deceiving and misleading. Buying her flowers can't fix you.

To be romantic, you have to be attentave. A nice atmosphere can help but the most important thing for a guy, is to be attentave to his woman.
