Have to friends with that issue (one born that one, one as the result of complications during a hernia operation -- OUCH!). They have several children each -- and all boys, oddly enough!

Very much so. You should have nothing to worry about. You can always ask a doctor and there are also test that determine if sperm count is high, low, slow, fast, etc.

As long as the sperm are viable and in adequate numbers, there's no reason why a "person" (which would have to be a man) couldn't father childen.
