Thats tricky. I really dont know what to tell u. Because she had u subpoenaed u have to show up, but I cant begin to tell u what to say. I would just weigh the pros and cons of each parent a deciede which one (when theyre not actin crazy) would be better for the childs well being.

The fact that she had to subpoena you...making it non-voluntary...means that you wants to get negative info from you on your cousin. She probably figures....even telling the lawyer involved that you are friendly to her.

Bottom line...you have no choice with the subpoena...you must attend. Above all...TELL the truth. Answer only what is asked and volunteer nothing else. Tell it as you see it, in plain language. Walk out from the place....and don't plan on seeing either your cousin or your friend ever again. You will irk both....but you will dignify your view and prove yourself to be honest. Years from now....you might view this as the right stand at the right time.

There isn't much you can do. You have to appear as you've been subpoenaed, tell the court what you know and answer all of their questions.

you had better show up since you have been subpoena. you could be held in contempt of court and have a warrant out for you...
