Can diet pills effect the Birthcontrol Pill??

Question

I'm taking the Boots Diet Aid pills as instructed (3 times a day) which contain the active ingredients; 30mg Dandelion Root Powder, 225mg Fucus Dry Extract and 135g Boldo Dry Extract. I am also on the Yasmin Birthcontrol pill. Just wondering if their is any possibility that the diet aid may have any effect of the BC pill?

It's very possible that there could be an effect on the birth control pills with the product that you are using. I would recommend checking with both your dr and pharmacist to see what they think.
