It's the anti british people doing it. In britain and most places in europe they say what like ... it's like they're saying hoo before the ut. so it's like hooat. yup. had a speech teacher who was british, she made us pronounce our h's and say february properly (It's FebRUary not febury!) lol, she had such a big nose!
