AFC:
1. Colts: can't rank them anywhere but here, as they are the defending SB champs
2. Chargers: 14-2, will make the AFC Championship at the very least. Solid on both sides of the ball. Good special teams, Safety is only real issue. Draft should've helped w/ that.
3. Ravens: w/ McNair, still top 3.
4. Pats: seem to be loading up & we keep hearing on every damn site & sportscast how they're the most favored team. We'll see about that. They should not be 5 by just picking up Mandy "The Tumor" Ross
5.Bengals: sleeper pick. How can you not love TJ Who's-your-momma?
NFC:
It's pretty even in this conference, but I'll say -
1.Saints - Brees will lead them again
2.Panthers - 2 words, Steve Smith
3.Seahawks - no idea, just b/c I can't think of anyone else
4.49ers - good draft / my sleeper pick as well
5.Bears...only in top 5 b/c of their D.

AFC
1 (or 2) - Colts
2 (or 3) - Chargers
3 (or 4) - Broncos
4 (or 5) - Jets
anywhere in the Top 5 - Patriots (if Randy Moss were a similarly-talented receiver without the reputation for being a malcontent, I'd easily rank them #1)
Sleeper - Jaguars (their O has to show me something before I consider them anything more than this)
NFC
1 - Saints
2 - Seahawks
3 - Cowboys
4 - Bears
5 - 49ers (also the sleeper, but in the NFC, that's good enough for #5)

AFC
1. Colts- They're the defending Super Bowl champs.
2. Patriots- Great off-season pick ups.
3. Chargers- Looking for redemption and Rivers is one more year experienced.
4. Steelers- Big Ben will be back.
5. Bengals- Carson Palmer is a future hall of famer.
I agree, Tennessee will be surprise team of the year.
NFC
1. Saints- Great offense, worthy defense.
2. Bears- Reigning NFC champs.
3. 49ers- Young team, great draft.
4. Rams- Still the greatest show on turf, and Stephen Jackson is getting used to being the main back.
5. Dallas- I hate to say it, but Romo will lead them back to the playoffs.
Panthers will be the last wildcard team.

AFC:
1: Chargers they have a great D. The best RB. One of the best TEs. A QB who won't turn the ball over.
2: Patriots they just got some good WRs for Brady. And a decent D.
3: Jaguars 2 great RBs. WRs have potenial. Great D.
4: Titans Rookie of the Year Vince Young 'nuff said. Losing Pacman might hurt though.
5: Colts they lost alot to free agency but could get higher on the list.
honerable mention: Bengals, Dolphins(w/ better QB), Ravens, Denver
NFC:
1: Cowboys Tony Romo can perform the 'Boys are Super Bowl bound. T.O. lead the league in TD catches last year. Glenn is good to. Amazing Defence espeically DE/OLB
2: Saints Drew Brees is great. Reggie Bush is a versitle RB they also have Duece. Good WRs Colston and rookie Rob Meachum to replace Horn.
3: Seahawks Shaun Alexander should stay healthy. Hasselbeck has a great WR in Branch but they got rid of Jackson(Why???)
4: Bears Amazing D but they need a QB and another RB because Benson sucks compared to T.Jones.
5: This is hard since NFC is quite weak but i'd say the 49ers Alex Smith is improving Gore is Great Just got D-Jax from the Seahawks. Improved D.
honerable mention: Cardnals(i don't see way they are soo bad they have a great WR tandem and good QB and Edge at RB)

Tennessee is a sleeper? No chance, they lost their RB, they have nothing for WR. Their already poor D got even worse with the loss of Pacman for the year. 6-10 does not a sleeper make.
AFC Top 5
Indy
NE
Denver
SD
Cincy
Baltimore, Jacksonville, & NY Jets as the sleepers
NFC Top 4 (that's all there is in the NFC)
Seattle
Chicago
