I AM SICK AND TIRED OF HEARING THAT BUSH LIED ABOUT IRAQ. LIBERALS ARE DEAD WRONG AND HERE IS WHY.... (Note that this is comming from the moths of the same people who now are claiming the President lied.)

"As a member of the House Intelligence Committee, I am keenly aware that the proliferation of chemical and biological weapons is an issue of grave importance to all nations. Saddam Hussein has been engaged in the development of weapons of mass destruction technology which is a threat to countries in the region and he has made a mockery of the weapons inspection process." - NANCY PELOSI 1998

If we fail to respond today, Saddam and all those who would follow in his footsteps will be emboldened tomorrow by the knowledge that they can act with impunity, even in the face of a clear message from the United Nations Security Council and clear evidence of a weapons of mass destruction program." - BILL CLINTON 1998

"We stopped the fighting [in 1991] on an agreement that Iraq would take steps to assure the world that it would not engage in further aggression and that it would destroy its weapons of mass destruction. It has refused to take those steps. That refusal constitutes a breach of the armistice which renders it void and justifies resumption of the armed conflict." - HARRY REID 2002

"There is no doubt that Saddam Hussein's regime is a serious danger, that he is a tyrant, and that his pursuit of lethal weapons of mass destruction cannot be tolerated. He must be disarmed." - EDWARD KENNEDY

"In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including Al Qaeda members... - HILLARY CLINTON 2002

One of these days, they will all be accountable. I also do not believe that Bush lied. He isn't perfect, but at least he has the gut's to stand up for what he believes is the truth. And thank you for showing these blind people some reality. These liberals, half of them don't remember where they left there boots last night. God Bless You!

It's funny, I remember right after 911 some Democratic strategist on one of those political forum talkshows on MSNBC talking about how going into Afghanistan was a mistake, because the real threat lay with Saddam Hussein - I can't remember her name, and I don't think it was Nancy Pelosi, but this woman was on some intelligence committee I remember, because I remember her saying something like, "you aren't privy to the information we have, but you should be" to the host. I remember it made me think, wait, the Democrats are pushing for us to enter Iraq? And, oh, btw, we were bombing Iraq on a weekly basis under Clinton, but I didn't hear the Democrats whining then. Anyway, if anyone has this quote or sound bite or video and knows what I am talking about, please post it. This lady was hell bent on us getting into Iraq, and soon.

It is very easy to say, Bush lied, when they feel they are involved in an unpopular (supposedly) war, and instead of showing solidarity, they want to play the blame game, which endangers troops lives. Everytime they sow dissent in the ranks and encourage our enemies, these jerks are making it harder for our troops to do their job and come home.

If anyone is prolonging this war, it is the Democrats, yes, I just said that, deal with it. You want us to win this war? Then shut up and let us win it, and stop feeding the leftist media machine its fire and coal. I can't imagine what it would have been like to fight WW II under this scrutiny, where Chesty Puller bayonetted a unit of Japanese soldiers to save bullets as he didn't have time to take prisoners. Where each and every decision down to the smallest of unit leaders is on the damned 6 o clock news, bah, the 24/7 news network.

well then Sarge as a member of the House Intelligence Committee you also must be aware that you are all a bunch of cheats, liar, and killers. and when I say you I mean all the democrats and Republicans, both parties have done so much lying and cheating I Don't really think any of you know who said what to begin with, both parties have failed America and its people. And you must surely know this is no war, this is a police action, you patrol, roust and shoot when shot at, this is what the police do here at home, we as a country have never entered in to a war with no objectives other than to occupy for an undetermined amount of time! It's all BS and your all a bunch of liars, the people are so far separated from our government and not one of you care about a thing other then your own parties agenda. our government now only votes and hates along party lines, they slander anyone they do not agree with, so with our government so divided, how can we ever come up with a solution? answer is we can't and won't and that works out just fine for the people in government making millions! and how proud we must all be to now live in a place where me just saying this could be seen as a threat to America, and I could be picked up by our government, and never accused of anything, never given a chance to defend myself, and never be released. sound like some of the countries were are trying to conform, welcome to the new America, we have become what we most despies

It is sad that there are so much mudslinging from government officials. Nobody knows the power of just taking care of their own business other than criticizing.

Personally, since I feel that President Bush is not strong in his speeches like Former President Ronald Reagan was, having a strong voice is a big impact if you're running the government.

Since it is hard to get his points across to the American people, that's why some government officials think that President Bush is lying. People listen to those who have back up in their speeches, rather than those who seem they are not sure. President Bush doesn't back up what he is saying most of the time so it sounds like he's lying.

If you were to put Nancy Pelosi voice tone and speech dialog into President Bush's mouth, people will listen more. I hope I am making sense to you.

Come on now Sgt, you know I am just as much a war dog as you are, but Bush did lie and lies, if there was weapons of mass destruction or even the remote most possible evidence of them, he would have it presented as evidence like I told you so before every american in the world, there was none and they fight against a poor people who for the most part are more god fearing and god respecting then most americans be.
You know sir, it really is tough for a real man to admit when he is wrong. but Bush is not a real man I hear, just a pretender.
What we need is our troops here in the USA, I need a few dozen of them to run some correctional reform on me, yes sir, we need them here to tend what is 2/3s of americans obese lazy glutton ways, and hunt down with bias and return to foreign lands under penalty of rough treatment transport the hordes of illegals who got the idea they can take from us americans even an idea let alone ID. I aint against a police state, if the police state aint against being benevolent strong and availing the best leadership a man and people can get.
We will not win in Iraq, I wont let it happen. I rather the yellowstone supervolcano awaken and the world prepare to pay serious homage to my origin then that we win a war I summoned to smack my people, the nation of my wrath, nope, I think we need to move on here, we need to return to america and weave us some character and values here in the states. You know I back you up Sgt but not on this one.
Bush is a champ for globalization, money worshipping liars and spineless men.

I don't know if the President lied or not, and I really don't care. If you ask me, democrat or republican, they ALL lie. They can't tell you the truth on everything due to National Security, etc. But if you believe anything a politician tells you, you are very gullible. If you won't something close to the truth, look in between what the democrats and republicans are saying. And if they are agreeing, we may have bigger problems than anyone suspected.

A Republican always lies about Iraq, because they want to protect this whatever he is brain damaged 91 IQ who calls himself President. I am so sick of all you cons everytime Old Cowboy is being protected they always show their jealousy of Bill Clinton. Their so upset that they put a retard 91 IQ in behind a man with a 182 IQ who is very brilliant, they just can't stand it . It showed last night in those pitiful men that was in the Republican debate. I've never seen a more ill looking bunch that looked so out of placed with their dress code and their answers in any debate. I knew Bill Clinton name would be brought up a man that was a great President and could careless what that silly bunch said about him, just swept in under the rug. .

And I am sick and tired of all the political posturing from along these lines.

Clinton and Pelosi made these speeches in the days running up to Operation Desert Fox, in which the US used cruise missles and F-117A strikes to hit suspected WMD sites in Iraq.

But taking things out of context, Clinton also said that invasion of Iraq was out of the question, could not be won, and would only gain us the disfavor of most of our international allies.

Clinton, therefore, was right. So GET OVER IT.

As for quotes that come after 2000, remember that all the Congress had in their hands with which to make their decisions was the information that was released to them. If you think Bush, Rumsfeld, Cheney, and Ashcroft didn't have control of what information got released and what got suppressed, you are out of your mind. If all you were ever told was that Saddam has WMDs, and any evidence to the contrary was withheld from you, what conclusions would YOU draw?

OK the US went in and took care of Hussein for the cruel murderer he was.
NOW WHAT ARE WE DOING THERE beside giving money to the contractors and sacrificing our troops that can not win against the hordes of radicals?
Look at those in charge at the beginning, unqualified or stupid. You can't 'play' with troops lives in order to keep industry going. It's not benefiting US only the already rich. That's a sin of GREED.

The liberal democrats and their side-show act should be broadcast in the headlines of every major newspaper ..and they would be if not for the bias liberal mainstream liberal agenda . Instead ..all we get are baseless , jealous insults on the President - while elected liberal democrats flip back and forth on where they stand - in order to FOOL and RAZZLE-DAZZLE the American public ..on never knowing where they REALLY STAND : Communism ; Marxism ; Socialism .
Sometimes I think these democrats don't have a plan..
Then again..I think this IS their plan..to fool American voters until voters aren't sure WHAT their plan really is - and -
to encourage voters to think their "flip-flop act"..is just a "Vast Right Wing Conspiracy"..It occurs to me ..libs may be deliberately pulling these so-called "flip-flops"..in order to HIDE the real Communist agenda..and LET voters think mean conservatives are calling them silly names . The Clinton's for one - are diversion experts . Maybe we all fell for it ??
