Hang in there Haroula -- we do all feel that way sometimes. I think bluedevil said it well. The Bible has such uplifting verses and stories. I turn to that when I need help and also music, too.
I have many cds with positive uplifting lyrics. These are a couple of things that get me through the tough times.
Also talking with the one you love or good friends can help.

We all have moments of anxiety and despair in our lives from time to time. Sometimes it helps to think of all your blessings that you have now and those yet to come. Read an inspiring book or maybe some Psalms or Proverbs from the Bible. Also listen to a good song and sing along to it. Remember that there are people that care about you so reach out to them.
