As long as you and your other 1/2 are mature about settling down, strong faith and believe one and another for lifetime.

Age would not matter but some people like to marry young at 25+ and up, and start a family with kids and grow old together.

The age when you are really ready to settle down. Its different for everybody. I got married when I was 25. (I haven't been married long) but I think that is a good age.

It's different for everyone. I got married at 20 (huge mistake). I was way too young. I'd say late 20s early 30s is good.

There isn't a perfect age. Either you want to and are ready or you aren't. "perfect" is an overrated word.
