She has nothing in her mouth. Anyone else's babies do this? Does it mean anything?

I have not yet started her on cereal or fruit. She may have some teeth coming in... she's been chewing on her hands a bit more than usual.

She probably likes the sensation of her gums (or those first teeth if she has any) rubbing together. She's also practicing the motions in preparation for foods that are more solid than just purees.

Lydia began doing this 2 weeks in the past (she develop into born a million/24) and the health practitioner reported its between the signs and indications shes making waiting or waiting for cereals... So i'd evaluate that progression.. we did cereal for the first time the former day... she did large yet messy lol

Shes practicing. She will do it for a few months before she is ready for solids.

Many parents mistake that for actually being ready for solids... but it's just practicing. When she reaches out and grabs something off your plate, you'll know shes ready!
