How do I transfer firefox email folders from one computer to another. I'm getting a new one.?

My 3 year old computer is waring out on me. I'd like to get a new one but I don't want to lose 3 years worth of Firefox (and netscape) emails. Is there a way I can archive the folders or transfer them to my new computer?

Burn them on a disc it's the safiest thing :)

All I ever do is copy the folders into a temp dir. These folders are normally kept under c:\documents and settings\\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles.. The once you have a new install you should be able to copy the original folder back on top of the old without any problem.
