there are many websites on the internet, all with different features. some websites may have things to do with sport and other can be used to buy things ( ebay ). my personally best website is 'cnet', this is because it provides you with the latest technologoies that launch, giving you previews, gives ratings of technology products and also gives free software trials, some are free !!!

I'm presuming that this question is actually an attempt to drive more people to your ad-revenue generating blog.
To seriously answer your question, though, one would have to be familiar with all sites on the Internet. Since the Internet is dynamic and constantly changing, it would be illogical to presume that anyone could even render an educated opinion on which is the most touching website ON the internet (not in it).

it definitely wouldn't be that... most of them could be untrue... like many of the e-mails you get saying to send it to all your friends to help some sick child... ALLLL hoaxes. If you look up the name of the child... it'll be listed as a hoax and most have been in circulation for years. (that 6 yr old sick child is now 19). If ONE more person sends me one of those things.............
But seriously, how could we know what the most touching is without seeing every possible site? But I don't get taken in by anything like that on the internet.
