The above are both correct. The Rochester school is an excellent school to attend for sign language interpreting (my dream once upon a time--before I got Carpal Tunnel, married and had a family! Now I"m happy at home!) Galludet is an awesome school and amazing story. Google it, its awesome.

Deaf/HH people can attend any college they can get into/or afford. There is financial assistance available but I think you are asking about colleges which mostly have Deaf persons there? I also listed schhol which focus on education of the deaf in case you are looking to become a teacher of the Deaf..
