I plant a garden every year and this year my Daughter wanted strawberries so I got some for her,if you plant strawberries make sure you put straw around them.Pumpkins are very fruitful so make sure you give them lots of room to grow that also is the same for pumpkins and watermelons.

You mean small fruits? Grapes, raspberries, strawberries, currants, gooseberries and the like? Some climates allow pawpaws, blueberries or for that matter, citrus like lemons (my heart be still with Myers lemons). Oh I guess you could say cherries would qualify if you select bush cherries, but the fruit is sparse and the plants still get 4 feet high (or more)
Will depend on where you live and the soil.

A lot depends on where you are and how much room you have in your garden. There are apple varieties for many different climates. Also plum and peach. Going down to bushes blue, black, goose, and raspberries. Plants rhubarb, melons, pumpkins, jicama, and many others will grow in most parts of the US. You might want to try bananas, they are not the easiest but they do have a very beautiful flower.

This depends on where you live. I live in southern Manitoba Canada. We grow apples, crab apples, rhubarb, saskatoons, gooseberries, cherries, currants, grapes, buffalo berries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, cantalope, some watermelons, tomatoes, plums, northern kiwi, cranberries. I think that is them all.

You can plant dwarf fruit trees depending on what zone you live in. Try www.waysidegardens.com - you can look up your zone there, and skim through all of their offerings.
