Been wondering this for a while. They havent mentioned anything about any treatments they been having, so its kinda strange. I still think they are an odd couple, but then again even the modest strangest people can be right for each other. Each to their own i guess.

Yes apparantly hes suppose to be infertile, which is why nicole kidman had the miscarriage when they were married.

Ok, so maybe that didnt make sense but i did hear that tom was supposedly infertile or has fertility probs. Nicole and him were trying and couldnt cause of him, so i dunno??

It was and still is "Low sperm count" so while it can be difficult to conceive it is not impossible. I guess he would have had to sue his ex wife Mimi Rogers who divorced him and cited that as part of the reason.

umm, if Nicole had a miscarriage that means she was pregnant , which means Tom couldn't have been infertile...

I haven't heard that he was infertile. I know that Nicole had a miscarriage once while they were married.

Sperm donor most definitely. I remember when he divorced Mimi Rogers, he attacked her accussing her of not being able to conceive then she ends up having two kids.
