In the comic book, Spider-Man is in another planet, he enters a chamber where supposely he was gonna get his suit fixed, but instead he enters one with the simbiot.
This simbiot is a parasite that transtornates Peter´s mind and nearly makes him a criminal. Spidey Rejects the suit and the suit began to hate spider-man. Eddie Broxk also hated Spider-Man, so the suit and Eddie join and become Venom. That´s the strory

Spider-guy bonded with the alien symbiote on a miles off international in the course of the wonder crossover storyline "the secret Wars" contained in the mid-1980's. He saved the symbiote for a lengthy time period, then replaced it with a black costumed he'd sewn himself after the symbiote tried to completely bond with him. The abandoned symbiote, feeling betrayed and vengeful, then bonded with Eddie Brock to develop into the nature Venom.

Peter Parker does indeed design his own classic red-and-blue costume in both comic and film.
The black costume was an alien symbiote, and was found in the Secret Wars series (issue #8, 1984).
After disposing of the alien costume (or so he thought at that time), Peter made several copies of the black costume, but eventually gave up wearing them at Mary Janes' insistance.

In the movie a strange black thing comes out of the air (that's in the beginning of the movie). That black thing grabs him at peter Parkers motorcycle. And then at night when he's asleep it crawls at peter parker. And the next thing he knows. He is at the city as a black spider-man

If you're talking about the movies, it shows Parker designing the suit himself so you assume that he makes it.
I always thought it should be obvious that a spider spins web so he must've spun his suit! haha

Apparently, you haven't seen the movies. In part 1, after he tried the "wrestling" thing, it would show clips of him designing and making his suit.
