You get an air conditioned room in a good hotel. I recommend Caesars Palace or The Bellagio in Las Vegas.

by preserving water
do little movement
search out a cactus as they have a holllow stem filled with water

and lie curled up as that would reduce your surface area for evaporation of water through sweat
