The affirmation is " I AM ALL POSITIVE "

What would it create for me?
What would happen in my life?

Metaphysically that is.....

As affirmations go, that one doesn't seem very powerful. I suppose if you kept saying it you may become more positive but I think it's too vague & abstract. Positive affirmations should be a little more specific: "I am beautiful. I am intelligent. I have more money than I'll ever need. I am happy." These things have emotion behind them. If there is an area that you feel insecure about, if you are used to saying negative things then turn them around. If you used to tell yourself "I'm lazy and unmotivated. I'll never get anywhere" then turn it into "I'm energized and motivated. I will succeed!" say them over & over until they become habit. Then you start to believe & act on them. I used to be quite negative & I'm learning to be positive but it wasn't by saying "I'm positive." It was by saying "I love myself. I believe in myself. I can do anything I set my mind to. I choose to be happy." I went from living in my parents' basement & feeling miserable to buying a beautiful house of my own in a new community, selling my artwork, playing music and meeting the man of my dreams. It can happen but it starts with believing. That can be a struggle for us negative folk, but it can be done!

Anyway, whatever you say to yourself as long as it's positive should be ok. Just follow it up with positive action & there's no stopping you! It's the law of attraction. What you put out, you get back. So put out good things.

What likely would happen is that you would start to feel bad whenever you noticed that you were not living according to the affirmation. If your goal is to really work toward becoming a positive person with positive aims, then it would be a good tool. If not, start with something a little milder, like ALL IS WELL. There is a little more to all this than meets the eye.
The main idea to discover is that most everything that you can say in a negative way also can be said in a positive way.
Try it out. Write down a list of your greatest wants and diswants, your desires and preferences or your pet peeves.
Then check them out to see which ones are positive and which are negative. Write down the reasons why you want or not want them. Check those out in the same way. In a matter of minutes you will realize some truths about yourself that will likely surprise you. In the end transform your list into a perfect and positive one. If you need more help, email me.

It could create a state of being optimistic however it will most likely be temporary. I would change it to "I am always positive". The secret to affirmations is that you have to consciously recognize what the affirmation really means(have an idea of what being positive is) and you have to connect that thought content with emotion(preferably a positive one). This will allow the affirmation to sink in and take root in the sub-conscious mind, so that it is first nature as oppose to second.

I recommend that you read the book "Creative Visualization" and focus on what you perceive to be 'positive', this mantra / affirmation / prayer / spell / self-hypnosis / meditation alone, may not do much more than make you unbalanced, but if you add some images to beater define your intention, more change will be realized.

Hmmm, it can help you be more attractive to the all negative types. Further more, it will create much inner conflict when those dark thoughts creep in your head, and you will just have all that much further to journey to find a balance and realize that we are all inherently yin yang. A more realistic affirmation would be "I Choose All Positive"

you would look at yourself, eventually as all things that you veiw to be 'positive'

you would transform your thought patterns into such that you 'are'
those things

the way you see the world and others, yourself, systems, structures on a fundamental plane would all be in line with your level of understanding as to what 'Positive' means to you

If you progress to finer discernments of what 'positive' means in a universal light you will see that you always were complete and whole....


then you will be able to translate your remembrance of this in all interactions and situations.....
