Every time i go to GTS And I try to trade a pokemon it wont let me select >.< .
Why won't it let me?
What can I do to trade. Cause I want a piplup =]

It's very possible that you haven't seen a Piplup yet. That's the only thing I can think of. The GTS won't let you make a selection of the one Pokémon you want if you haven't seen them yet.
Your only other option would be to get someone's Friend Code and trade with them that way. Unlike the GTS, Friend Code trading pretty much has no restrictions.
