Corporate interest over human beings and American citizen's interests.

...and that includes our immigration problem, the environment, animal welfare (disease and bacteria in our meat) and agribusiness over the family farmer,
letting business have their way with us unintercepted, such as preditory lending and ultra high credit card interest rates, big developers creating a housing problem while destroying trees and purchasing lumber from disappearing rain forests around the world, oil profit interests over the will of the people, drug company and government interest over the people including the shameful and failed "drug war".

hmmm....Oh yes, and our lack of representation of government, the phony elections, the two party duopoly dictatorship who play good cop bad cop while having us all play fetch with divisive issues.

and also, not what I hate, but what I'm sad about is how because of these problems the bearer of the bad news: the liberal, is 'hated' and seen as the biggest problem.

In Russia, it was a tactic to turn neighbors against each other as part of the government's oppression.
Just food for thought.

What I hate is that fact that some people only look at the negative side of stories, especially in politics. Why does every issue have to be debated negitively shunning all positive avenues. A better question is: What do you love about America?

The fact that we are still allowing traitors - be they politicians, Hollywood elite, newspapers, "Drive-by" media, "retired" generals or CIA Directors, or *whomsoever* - "give aid and comfort to the enemy in time of war", which *used* to be (and still *should* be) considered acts of treason!

Constructive criticism is one thing, America-bashing, Bush-hating, troop-hating, conservative-bashing, telegraphing troop movements (including time tables for withdrawal), etc., is something closer to treason!

nothing really.. there are some areas I think we can improve in.. after all no one and no thing is perfect... but that doesn't mean I hate those things... I am, however, frustrated with some of the people in America.. but that is part of the cost of freedom.. and I'm willing to shoulder that frustration.

That it is turning into a piece of **** police state.

@tttt: unguarded borders?

Remember what a former president said when
he stood at the Berlin wall facing the former east?
He said: Mr. Gorbachov, open this gate! Mr. Gorbachov,
tear down this wall!

What happend to "Give us your poor, your tired,
your huddled masses longing to be free". Those
were your ancestors and they made this country
the place it used to be a long time ago.

The fact that we are afraid of being un-PC by securing our borders and that we are in a war that was based upon false information.
Other than that, I love America, and hopefully a new administration will help to fix the problems.
