It's mating season too, so in addition to more agressive species, we also have the mating dance to contend with. If he's just passing thru, then one feeder is fine, but if he's setting in to make your area his home, we will run off others for awhile.
I like to hang multiple feeders throughout the yard. Keep in mind predator safety, I have a dog who tries to catch and eat the birds........she's worse than the neighborhood cats.

Hummingbirds are not the cute little sweet things you think they are. I watched a show about them (I'm always watching nature shows!! lol), and they said they are really fighters!! I have some hummingbird feeders up, too, and they really do chase each other off. The one you call "Bully" sounds like it might be a female. You may have several females, and you may think they are all the same bird. The one with the ruby throat is a male. Don't worry, it's the way they are. If one doesn't get something this time, I'm sure he/she will be back. I even see them in my tree waiting for their turn, or in another nearby tree waiting for a turn.
You may want to hang other feeders around. That way, they get their turns quicker. Space them out a little. Mine are about 4-5 feet apart, but on the same tree.
Enjoy them and know they are being normal.

They are very, very aggressive about defending the territory. During the summer time, They come for Crocosmia(tall red flower) outside of my window. I can hear their fighting over the flowers. It's so amazing how they are so tiny and can fly so fast! You can try hanging another feeders. Around my area, we have green color hummingbird.

Definitely hang additional feeders - hummingbirds can be aggressive and territorial. My friend usually has three or four, because around one of them there's one hummingbird who will "dive bomb" any others that come around.
