Well the complaining about accounts being deleted,trolls,and stalkers,and wrongful violations is all for a worthy cause! The idea of L3 and above only being able to report is a great idea if yahoo would put it to practice. The rest is pretty much BS and I'd rate it a 10.

The stuff I whine about is pretty trivial and nearly always in jest..
Other people are very serious with their whining and general complaining.
