Neither is nappy headed.
You are just being nasty and I suspect racist.
This question has been asked before and the answer is yes.
If you really feel so strongly, do what others have done and write his action committee.
The woman involved is mentally ill and should also be charged for doing this.
This has happened before "the other way 'round" and , regardless of race or color, and should be handled the same ways....
