Yes,it should have been legalized years ago. It's not healthy
but it's no more harmful than alcohol, and legal or not people
are going to smoke it. If it was legal it could be taxed and
provide a new source of revenue for the government instead
of dealers.

Legal, no. Decriminialized, yes. There is a difference, check out the drug laws of the Netherlands.

Quit trying to feed us all that gateway drug crap. Marijuana may lead to harder drugs, but I guarantee those same people tried alcohol or tobacco before they smoked weed. It is a drug and it can be harmful is abused, like any drug legal or not. If we were legal, or decriminalized, it may lead to a spike in other drug use and it may not. I have been to Amsterdam and that society is working great with some very relaxed drug laws. However, we live in America and here it is someone else's god given right to tell you how to live your life.

the US would be a better place if all HEMP Prohibition laws were repealed. there is way more to this equation than just THC. Industrial hemp is the only crop that has a growing range wide enough to thrive in every state and it is the highest cellulose producing plant that can survive outside of the tropics. These features make it the perfect plant for ethanol production.

it all depends. most reasons for smoking marijuana is because it's illegal in the first place, if it was legal then the "bad boys" would have nothing to show off anymore except the fact that they are killing themselves.

On one hand a plant by god , 100% natural is illegal , when on the other alchol and tobaco , which contains deadly chemicals is still considered better than weed (legal)? I think beer and cigz should be illegal, anything natural should be legal ,

No, it would be a lot worse, though I think it's a pretty good place now. Maybe you should buy a one-way ticket to Denmark.

Goody for you, but the health hazard from smoke and the number of deaths would increase twice fold from those people who are high and get behind the wheel or accidents because they cannot regulate their smoke.

I don't think it would be any worse. Also, there would be a lot more room in our jails, and we would have a lot of extra money now used to keep people who commit victimless crimes in jail. You can either make it legal, or build more jails.

Absolutely not. It is addictive standing alone. I have seen people in rehab due to weed alone. I have known people addicted to weed who have killed themselves. Regular use of weed can cause birth defects in children of the user. Enuf said??
