I am trying to figure out my caloric intake versus what I am burning. So how many calories am I burning when I pump or breastfeed?

Approximately 350 - 500 a day depending on caloric intake, activity/exercise level, etc.

If it's 500/day, it must be split like 10 for the actual feeding and 490 to fight off the husband/botfriend.

I heard 500 -600 per day but you have to drink lots of milk and water and eat healthy

You need to get about 300-500 extra calories a day.

I don't know how well this last one works. It estimated I need 3,500 calories a day! Ha ha!

Experts say around 500 extra per day. It dehydrates the hell out of you, though, so drink TONS of water.

IN MY BOOK I READ IT SAID LIKE 500 OR SO BUT I AM NOT 100% SURE IF THAT IS LIKE EVERY TIME OR A DAY! I KNOW I AM BREASTFEEDIGN MY BABY BECAUSE OF IT TOO ! WELL THAT AND IT IS HEALTHIER FOR THE BABY TOO! GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BABY !!!!

500 per day is what I have been told by my doctors and read in baby books.
