where do i find them and can you give any tips on how to enter and win more

I don't have any actual statistics, but I do know that a lot of older people enter a lot of contests and sweepstakes. A mailing list purchased from AARP or some other type of senior citizen organization might produce a similar list. As to how to win more, I would just naturally assume that the more you entered, the more likely you are to win.
